Montrose Collective embraces the kinetic and eclectic energy of Montrose. Established in 1911, the four-square-mile area is the literal and figurative heart of the city. Texas Monthly touted Montrose as “Houston’s and Texas’s coolest neighborhood” and “the true birthplace of Texas counterculture”.
