Wellness Morning w/Nautika - Sculpt and Stretch (60 minutes class) on Aug. 9th 8:15am - 9:15am (MONTROSE on the Paseo) After your 45 minutes STRENGTH class, you'll have the opportunity to stretch your muscles and reset for your day.
