Couples Restorative and Massage Workshop | Saturday Feb. 11th | 3:30PM - 5:30PM | With Laruen

• $49 Per Person or $90 Per Couple
• Must book as a couple as there will be partnered postures and massage techniques
• Restorative yoga teacher-Lauren Marsh, and licensed massage therapist-Eduardo Garza, come together to offer couples a uniquely intimate Valentine’s Day experience. Enjoy connection and cultivate comfort in this combined      Restorative yoga and couples massage workshop. Partners can expect to be guided into supported physical postures with the use of props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets. Each posture will be paired with      demonstrations for giving and receiving massage with your partner. Participants will leave with a gift basket full of goodies to bring home so they may continue to cultivate their couples restorative and massage practice. Entry is $98 per couple. Limited space available. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. All props and tools for the workshop will be provided.
