• This 90 workshop will be a fun introduction to exploring Aerial Dance. The event will include conditioning drills, stretching techniques, learning different poses and transitions in sequence followed by a chance to show off your hard work in small groups or solos, and will end with a well earned savasana. This practice will help you learn how to sync aerial tricks together to end with a graceful, fluid, and dance-like flow in the air. Students will gain knowledge on  basic transitions and poses that connect with one another while adding their own creative touches to their final flow.
